what are some Scuba summer camps or trips for teens?

im 15 just got my open water padi c-card,
i live in houston and i want to go on a trip or summer camp involving scuba diving, the ocean, i love sea turtles and dolphins, and water sports and sailing. i was wondering if anyone can name a camp or organization that does this? I cant spend over 1000 maybe 1500$. i can travel far and the trip/camp should be at LEAST a week or more long. i already know about action quest but they are around 4000$ so thats way out of my budget. remember no more than 1500$ thanks yahoo users

All i can say is that you can sign up for a naval sea cadet thing and you could sign up for a program in this program and then you can do a scuba camp for two weeks that cost around 250$ dollars e-mail me if you do sign up.
