Do you think Humans belong in the water?

I mean, yes, it’s shark week on DSC channel..kinda has me wonderin, do we really belong on the water? People used to use boats in small rivers and lakes a long time ago to FISH in the water. But when you have all these water sports that we do in it, is it really our place?

There’s a school of thought that we were once more aquatic than we are now (see book link — a good read). But we’ll never even be as good in water as dolphins, even though they still need to breathe air.

Whether or not we ‘belong’ in the water, it’s great to be in it and under it. The more you practise, the more fun it is, and the longer you can stay under without needing to breathe. But beware, it gets addictive!
