how do you loose weight in your thighs?

been wanting to find the right way to do this for a while now, im 14 years old, and every other part of my body seems to be basically average, except for my thighs, which, being huge, make me look unproportional. this has been a problem for a while now, enough of a problem where i refuse to wear anything that goes above the lower part of my knee. anyway, im asking because i want to play water polo in high school, and usually when i swim i just wear guys boards shorts, but you cant wear those for water sports, so i either need to get over it or change it, and i chose to change.

Well first off, you can’t target weight loss. For example, if you gain weight first in your arms, then legs, then tummy, etc, it will come off like tummy, legs, arms. You get it?
You’ll have to focus on cutting out fatty foods and the best thing you can do about your legs in the mean time is tone them. Chances are, they’re fine. You probably see them jiggle & thats what bothers you, right? Well, just tone them up. Do squats, use a leg press. Stuff like that. But remember, if you lose weight make sure you tone up.. skinny legs are ugly. Thicker legs are actually considered to be more sexy
