what kind of services would you expect to have in a surf centre?

i’m designing a water sports centre that focues more on surfing. i need to know what people expect from a place like this. please help out guys. thanks alott

All of your normal surf gear from wax to leashes to wetsuits etc., a great selection of quality surfboards, but NO popouts, and a staff of experienced local surfers who can give good sdvice as well as make sales,
