What is the recommended amount of water per day?
For the past couple years, I have been drinking like half of a bottle of water(average sized one) every night before I go to bed.
Is this bad for me? Because lately, like 2 days back, I’ve been noticing it hurts when I pee, and I have bad acne.
So is this because I drink so little water?
Also what is the recommended amount of water per day?

if you weigh i dunno let’s say 150lb. drink 75oz of water per day.
humans are over 50% water. so depriving yourself of water can cause serious health issues.
i did an experiment, i never used to drink water until a teacher made me drink half my body weight every day.
i was awake more during class, i didn’t get sick as much, my acne SERIOUSLY CLEARED UP! and i was more hydrated for my runs in xc.
if you don’t like water, substitute and i don’t mean juice like in a bottle.
get water mix in some gatorade powder or some lemade powder. buy a nalgene bottle (not dispossable those are bad for you bc the plastic is not safe, the chemicals of the plastic seep into the water) and carry it around with you everywhere you go.
