energy and running performance?
I’ve been running for about 2 weeks and can already tell this is something I will be doing my entire life. I’m trying to learn all about running and am wondering if there is anything I should be eating that would maximize my energy and performance? I know a lot of people who work out drink a lot of protein? Is protein good for runners too? Should I be eating nutritional bars like Power Bar? Other than water, should I also be drinking sport drinks? What about Smart Water? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
it doesn’t really matter that much… to make it more fun, run on different trails and different streets with different people.
