What is the best brand of bass boat?

Husband is looking to buy a used bass boat for fishing. We saw how expensive the new (tournament style) ones are and decided to look for a used one. We are favoring Nitro boats, but were wondering if users might have an opinion of other brands.
We like sport fishing and love the fish/ski option so we can still take the kids out tubing or water skiing when they are around. But, for us, the trolling motor and maneuverability is a great thing and the ability to dock in very shallow water.
Apalled? Sorry sir, but we have kids who like to be entertained and our family has to be multi-tasking from time to time. We want a good all-around boat that can work for more than one thing as the budget does not allow one for each. I don’t think it’s a bad thing. We love to fish too.

The Nitro would make a good fish/ski boat as most of the bass boats would serve a dual purpose use. When you have a family it makes good common sense to buy a boat that will serve everyone in the family. The boat will give you great memories of time well spent on the water.Go for it!
