Best place to scuba dive?

Going on a cruise and our first open water ocean dive, just want to choose the best island to buy the diving excursion for. We will be stopping at St. Thomas, Barbados, St Kitts, St Lucia, and St Maarten. For those that have experienced diving some of these places what would you recommend? Thanks
Already certified it would just be our first ocean dive.

In terms of reef diving, I would have said that the best reefs on that list are found in St Lucia.

In terms of wrecks, the best wreck diving would be either St Thomas or St Kitts, but the wrecks in St Thomas are more advanced.

Personally, I do not regard the diving in St Maarten or Barbados as being especially high quality (by Caribbean standards).
