Am I entitled to a refund?

Hi I went to a store before purchasing equipment. The packaging claimed it was authorized its use at all levels of water and it was not necessary caliberation. However, the operator recaliberate inform the question because he believed he was still need it. So I told the operator that the description said it was not so celeberated why I did not listen to sellers. When I Diving was the trader has not worked right properlly. M-Am I entitled to a refund? Whatever the seller I told you so, all agreements in writing. You should not have problems obtaining a refund.
