Egyptians,i need your opinion about something?
we deal in my company with a supplier who supply us with water filters,a high quality kind.. i bought the filter from him last year for my mother in law and it was great and the after sales service is awesome..
last week i’ve ordered one for myself and they installed it in no time and there timing was perfect.. and he collected the money 4 days after installation,like the last time..
the thing is this time he didnt gave me a receipt,and he was in my office and took the money and was like,ok do you need anything else? see you!
do you think i still ask him for the receipt? “they gave me the guarantee the day they installed it”
yes.. you should ask him for a receipt… dont be shy.. it’s a normal thing to ask for it.. no biggie
