I need to learn how to dive and fast how?
I want to be on swim team in high school but i want to know how to dive well. I just scared of hitting my head and my pool IS deep enough. How should i start?
Put your hands on the block push off look up then down quickly! I used to be scared of hitting things too! Remember to push not too much towards the bottom and not too high.
