What can I do dryland to learn to dive?

My friend convinced me to join my schools swim team and I’d really like to be a diver, because I’m a slow swimer. I own a trampoline and a 4ft pool.. until the season starts what can I do to prepare myself for diving. I have never dived before

Diving is a lot like jumping on a trampoline and thats how I practice during the summer. You can work on approach style, and using your arms to jump. Also Try doing front flips and back flips, doing as few bounces as possible. Make sure you try to flip in one place, not moving forward or backwards
I don’t know what kind of trampoline skill you have, but you can also try to teach yourself to do front and back flips and twist them
