Why do People say Bottled Water is Tap Water?
It is not. You check the label. Most bottled water is filtered water. It is filtered through reverse osmosis. News flash. Tap water is not filtered. If you can’t tell the difference between reverse osmosis filtered water and tap water, you most have destroyed your taste buds by smoking or something. I can tell the difference between tap water and bottled water blindfolded. The chlorine gives it away. My question is why do some people insist that tap water tastes the same as bottled water? Is it part of their religious belief or something?

Let me summarize: bottled water is much less regulated than tap. It only has to be as clean as local tap…and it usually fails to measure up to even this basic standard! It’s far more likely to be contaminated with arsenic and other chemicals.
And by the way: in blind taste tests, people prefer tap! So maybe your taste buds need some working on.
Honestly, for better quality, filtration is the way to go. I use pureez filters (pureez.com); there are lots of great products out there.
