Does anyone know how i could involved in any type of boat racing such as offshore, jetsprint, drag or jet ski?

love the water, love to go fast any advice. how much would the cheapest one be? is there any money to be made in it? thanks

Well the cheapest one would be the jet ski because they cost less than all of the others. The way to get into the sport is to buy your own jet ski and find people to race with it. I’m sure you can make money through endorsements, even if they don’t pay any prize money. The problem is they only pay the best and it takes years and years to become the best. If you’re looking to get into it for the money there are lots of easier ways.

If you’re really interested, either buy or modify an existing craft to make it the fastest. For this you’ll need to learn about aerodynamics, engines, hydrodynamics and all kinds of other technical areas. Then you have to practice, every day, all day. If you expect a boat owner to accept your application to be the driver on his race boat, I’m sorry, but it ain’t gonna happen. There are too many other people, including that owner, who have put in their time and money to get to that point. They’re not going to entrust all that they have invested to a beginner who wants to go fast.
