How should I make a boat for a science project?

We have to make a boat for our science project that must go 6 ft when we race them. we cannot use gasoline engines, remote controls, battery operated motors, CO2 cartridges, Estes rocket engines, and no bought power supplies. The power must be on the actual boat. PLEASE HELP.
The boat must not exceed 12 inches in width and length. It’s due tomorrow.

a sail or a paddle wheel that is wound by a rubber band. make sure it’s heavy enough that it won’t tip over, and will also go straight. have fun
