Can you help me out with name that movie?

i hate to say this but the only part of the movie i can remember is the ending. a bunch of people had to kind of race to find some money that is stashed in several different landmarks. the last landmark is a bridge that they are underneath on a boat. they find the cash, they fight over it and let it fly away everywhere. the end. i know they used to air this every weekend on TNT or TBS or maybe even USA for a long time back in the late 80′s early 90′s but without even a slight hint of the name of the movie i dont think i will ever find it.
