I need Theme Ideas for a banquet?

I have already used a cowboy theme and mardi gras. It is an end of the year awards banquet for a speed boat racing association, Held at the Flamingo in Laughlin with about 150-200 people in attendance. I need a theme to help choose the decor, food, and what to tell people when they ask for the dress, I need something creative for a crazy bunch that like to drink.

Do a Black and White Ball like Truman Capote did. EVERYTHING – food, decor, dress is black and/or white.
