Going to hawaii from dec 24-31 visiting honolulu, maui and big island. Pl suggest best attractions.?

Not interested in water sports, also recommend some cheap veg eating places

Oahu (Honolulu): climb Diamond Head, take a catamaran ride off Waikiki, Arizona Memorial.
Maui: ‘Iao Needle, Haleakala at sunrise, Wailea Beach, Maui Ocean Center.
Big Island: Volcanoes National Park, Painted Church, Place of Refuge.
