Anyone know where to get a canoe / water sport Instructor certification?

I am interested in getting my canoe/kayak instructor certification. Anyone out there that is into this and have suggestions on where to do it would be great! I am looking to work as an instructor maybe through Eastern Mountain Sports or any other outdoor adventure places that may hire instructors..whether in the USA or abroad. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

If you are on the East Coast, this place is great (although the season only runs through late September, early October). They offer flat-water (bay) and ocean instruction. And like all canoe, kayak places, the people who run it are very nice. Good luck and have fun!
